'Meltdown' is the first EP released by Wazabii. All songs are written by experiences and hardships from the artist, leading to transform pain into beauty. One of the main motivations for this EP were classical and fine arts portrayed visually and the connection of roots that have been inherited through time.

In a small coastal town on the western side of Puerto Rico, Wazabii was born and began her journey of musical discovery. She knew from an early age the meaning of music, and as she got older, she experimented with different singing styles.

After high school, Wazabii moved to San Juan, P.R., and studied Vocal Performance at the Music Conservatory for some time. Eventually, moving to the University of Puerto Rico, she sang full-time with the Lyric Workshop.

After finishing her studies, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she has been involved in many projects, including private parties for well-known global celebrities. While taking voice lessons weekly, Wazabii was selected to sing in many online projects and even an intro for an anime show. 

She wrote and recorded songs independently in a simple studio she built in her closet. Today, she collaborates with Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and producer Waldemar Reyes (Draco Rosa and Ricardo Arjona), and Seattle's musical artist and producer Cameron Lavi-Jones (King Young Blood)
