Wazabitech Welcome Fall October 2021 Mix

As tradition has it, I usually record a few mixes marking year ends, seasons starts etc etc. This year has yet again been a strange one, for everyone, myself included. However, not all was bad. I had a few gigs with the amazing Tech042. Even managed to hold my own big event during august with my crew Superstar Bedroom Dj;s , and during this month, I finally upgraded my home studio dj set. I went all out litteraly, getting the Rane Mp205, Denons SC6000 and the RMX-1000, this was a long overdue upgrade, and I´m happy that I went that way. So, with all this said, I want to wish everyone a merry  x-mas and a happy new year! The mix I recorded is on my new equipment, and some of you might recognize the tracks, as this was a re-recording of my latest set from Tech042, from the epic Halloween party :) I hope you all will enjoy it!

This one is from the latest event @Tech042, and man what a great party it was. Was really nice to see so many people enjoy themselves and the tunes. 

This set is a bit special though. I had the honour of going B2B,with no other then Marcus Schössow,approx 45 minutes in my set. Marcus was attending the party aswell, so it was one of those things that happen spontaniously and unplanned. Was great fun going B2B with one of the coolest producers and DJ;s I know of!

Welcome Fall 2022 October

Hi Gang!

2022 is about to end, we have less then 30 hours left of this year. And what a year it has been, when we finally thought that we could relax and things would get back to normal, we get yet another war. Personally, as as person that has survived a war, more specifically the Balkan wars of 92, I´m really getting tiered of all the idjots "ruling" the world. On top of that, it´s been yet another rollercoaster of a year, personally for me..Let´s just say that those few that know me personally know, and it´s not something that I do want to disclose to anyone,just because the sake of it. Either way, 2022 has come to an end, and te mix I´ve recorded kind of summarizes all of the feelings I´ve been experiencing this year, so this mix is a very personal one. I am not certain that it will fit my following, but again, as it´s a highly personal one, I do not expect everyone to like it. For those of you that do, you have my eternal gratitude. Love you all, I wish you all the best in the new year to come.

Last Summer Rays Welcome Fall 2023 Mix

Wow, this is a first for me, 2024 has almost gone half by, and here´s the first mix of the year. Many of you know that I try to post mixes at least once every three months, however, this changed almost a year ago. What happened you might wonder. Well, I finally became a father. It´s been a long process and once our little one arrived, I prioritize every momenth with him, so everything else has taken a back seat. With this said, I hope you understand that I´m putting my family first, no hard feelings. Whenever I manage to find time, I´ll try to record a mix, then again, I will not promise anything because I don´t like to make promises I can´t keep. Again, with all this said, I hope you´ll enjoy this recording. And for those of you that joined my stream during the recording, thank you, it´s much appriciated! Take care!

So, I´ve got to say, in my opinion Blade Runner 2049, was the best movie made last year. Then again, I´m a sucker for the cyberpunk genré in general, and my current guilty pleasure is new retro wave stuff,and hell, I like it! Brings memories back from a happier time..or that´s what I like to think! Anyways, fresh new mix, just out of the blue! I hope you enjoy it!

So, I finally got some time to re-record my mix from 4th of may from Svartklubben,Helsingborg,Sweden. This was a huge day for me, as I had the honours of opening the party for one of the greatest,if not the greatest techno producers and dj;s in our time, namly Umek!

So, yesterdays set was cut short, mother nature felt our beats were so hot, so she had the urge to cool everything down by unleashing 3 months of rain into 10 minutes. First of all, thank you all that joined me on my 80s retro/synthwave set yesteday on facebook.com/live/wazabitech :) Hope you all enjoyd it, it was fun playing that kind of stuff, it´s a guilty pleasure of mine:) Anyhow, this one is a bit darker techno set, with melodic techno influences, felt that something like this might be needed for many of you that are in lockdown. Wazabitech Welcome Autumn Winter Is Coming 2020

Hi gang! 

So a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away....no,not quite..but back in the days when I was a kid, starting at 16.00,directly after school had ended, on swedish channel 3, there was an awesome lineup, starting with the A-team, then Knight RIder, followed by Air Wolf and for a while, even the Power Rangers..of course, beeing the nerd I am, I was glued! So, I decided to make this track, as a hommage to one of the coolest series of the 80s, at least in my opinion..who didn´t want to have a talking car with superspeed and artificial intelligence...here´s the thing though, I´m not completely done with this track, and not sure I will manage to finish it off in the near future, but I decided to share it with you anyways. There´s been a lot on my plate lately, so studio time has been a rarity,unfortunatly..however, mid august I´m going to lock myself in and try to finish this one off completely, maybe I´ll do a complet re-work or tune this version up a notch, either way.
