The basic idea of a Breathworking Session is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in. Through this technique you master superior breathing, increasing the  oxygen delivery to every part of your body.

Taking deep breaths, release unconscious and hidden energy blocks in the nervous system, releasing pend up emotions.
Often called overwhelming as an experience … when there's much in cue to be released
