Summary
This is 15 minutes guided breathwork session. This session has 3 rounds of breathing and closes with a few minutes of relaxation and landing. The session works ideally for recovery & grounding after a busy period and creating space for new impressions and moving forward.

Breathwork guidance and instruction

This breathwork session is for everyone — no experience needed. But we do note that if you are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy or seizures, or have significant heart or cardiovascular conditions, this practice may not be suitable for you. If you’re unsure whether this is safe for your body or health, please check with your physician before practicing.

This is a connected breathing practice, meaning your breath flows continuously with no pauses between inhale and exhale. Let your belly and chest gently rise on the inhale and soften on the exhale. If your body feels like moving or swaying, allow it.

You may breathe in through the nose or mouth and exhale through the mouth. Mouth breathing is more activating; nose breathing is more gentle. Choose what feels right for you.

Each session moves through a few cycles of active breathing followed by breath holds. After each round of breathing, you’ll hold your breath first after an exhale. We rest in this moment. Then we do this again after a full inhale (without exhale), we rest again. And then we continue the next round of breathing. 

Take these holds gently — explore your edges, but never force. Always listen to your body. It’s normal to feel tingling, warmth, coolness, or emotional shifts. These sensations are part of the process. Keep a blanket nearby if you tend to get cold.

If at any point it feels too intense, simply return to your natural breath in and out through the nose. You are always in control.

Practice sitting or lying down somewhere comfortable where you are safe and won’t be disturbed. Headphones are recommended.
