Whilst it does not say it in the song the title explains exactly what this song is about (and it's a bit silly / tricky to say when your introducing the song). It's easy to get stuck in a rut and feel like your life is not going anywhere, but stuck with it and the people you love and things will happen.

This is the shortest song on the album but it still has the fundamentals of a We Know John song: catchy vocals, bit of brass, guitar solo and a random scream for no reason what so ever. The meaning of this song is pretty obvious from the lyrics. We hope that everyone meets that special someone, falls in love at first and it all works out perfectly for you.

This song is largely about a certain hobbit that we cannot name for legal reasons. During a particular, well documented, journey he finds himself on his own down on motivation and in need of a song to spur him on. We are not sure if they have pop punk in middle earth, but we wrote one just in case.

Since forming in May 2013, We Know John have been gigging along the UK's south coast, supporting bigger bands, playing festivals and headlining gigs at local music venues. Playing gigs to packed out, energetic crowds is the reason the band exists!
A 6 piece, horn enthused pop punk band from Southampton, UK. Bringing together the sounds of the 'good old days' and the modern age of pop punk whilst shoving in some catchy horn lines, melodic riffs and a ton of harmonies.
2019 saw the release of the debut album ‘A Shot In The Dark’ featuring 11 upbeat, energetic songs with fan favourites such as One Way Ticket, Frodo and of course Just Stay. 
During 2022-2023 We Know John released 6 singles, the most successful of which is called 'May 22'. 
These singles later made up the EP 'You Alright?'
