Passengers is an Indie-foursome from Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. They present an impressive mix of explosive and small songs about characters who travel through life while chasing their dreams.

The sound of the band is massive and overwhelming, without losing their feeling for complex melodies and unexpected harmonies. They create a hypnotizing effect which makes vast landscapes fly through your head. The spirit of Thom Yorke is regularly heard in songs which musically resemble a dark Motorpsycho and a polished The Twilight Sad. 

The band impressed on Oerol 2011, participated in the Popronde 2011 and was one of the big surprises among all the international talent on the Explore the North Festival.  For now, Passengers remains one of the best kept secrets of Frisian music. (OOR Magazine)
