Every now and again we stumble upon a track that just hits in all the right areas, and in the case of Proppa and CJ's latest offering "Steppin' Out'" this is that track. Proppa and CJ. are no strangers to cooking up addictive tracks; gaining support from industry giants and labels. Their debut collaboration is nothing short of a highly reliable party starter and showcases the best from both producers as they create an addictive funky roller that's been dominating our sets the last few months. We are thrilled to see these two powerhouse producers join forces under Hood Poli.

Their first official release in 2024, their first release on We Are Freaks Records this year and right on time for summer come the first two songs from their album. ‘Everything’ and ‘Pray’ are tracks from the dirtier side of the two brothers. Both come with a hard bassline and a distinctive vocal that captivates from the very first moment. Nevertheless, ‘Everything’ is a bit more techno. The typical Elternhouse sound, but also the minimalism of both tracks makes these songs so special. There's more to come soon, so stay tuned!

Jazzie celebrates her debut on We Are Freaks Records with this absolutely fantastic EP! With the track ‘Money Looks Good On Me’ she hits the nerve of We Are Freaks 100%. A rolling bassline, dirty but organic sounding synths and a captivating vocal that will send you into ecstasy. The perfect mix for a long, sweaty night in the club.
The B-side of the EP exudes a completely different vibe. It's dark, but also driving at the same time! The bassline also stands out on ‘Let's Get Lost In The Club’, but the percussions also do an excellent job. Of course, the vocals, which give the song a face, should not be missing. Elation teams up with vocalist Celia Grantini to bring a fresh take on Baby D's 90s classic "Let Me Be Your Fantasy." This release comes with two versions: a VIP tech house mix from Tech House producer Lee Rose and a techno mix from Elation.

Lee's Tech House version is packed with driving basslines and upbeat energy, perfect for clubs, while Celia Grantini's vocals add a new, modern touch to the original track. The techno mix, on the other hand, takes things darker and deeper, with heavier beats and a more underground vibe.
