Distressed, alarming, and paranoid, “Berlin, 1885” is the latest offering from Leeds trio Fuzz Lightyear. Sitting at the crossroads of noise-rock, grunge, and post-punk, the track's multifaceted and detailed songwriting decries the rise of xenophobic forces internationally.

Leeds three-piece, Fuzz Lightyear, have announced their debut EP, FUZZ II, following the release of their first single, “Animal”, earlier this year. Synthesising waves of post-punk, grunge, and noise-rock, the group have garnered the attention of Smile End Radio, Shell Zenner’s Amazing Radio Show, The Hard Times and more.
A band used to playing dingy basements and rooms filled with rowdy pits, Fuzz Lightyear have made a mark filling venues in Leeds and further afield. The collection of four tracks set for release in October embraces the breadth of noise-rock with dark, potent writing that isn’t afraid to hit hard.
