Ziger lands back on ICONYC this week with a brand-new single entitled 'Feel the Bass'. The Greek producer continues to be one of the top tier progressive house artists with continued support from Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, along with releases on Eleatics, Beatfreak, Sudbeat and his own Eat My Hat imprint. 

'Feel The Bass' finds Ziger at his creative best with a driving, hypnotic production that's nicely dialed in or the dance floor. Punchy beats and a full, driving groove anchor the piece, as vibrant tones and spacey effects adorn the framework. New York based producer Brian Suarez better known as Allies for Everyone, a mainstay of the electronic dance music scene for the past decade, finally unveils his long-awaited debut artist album, titled 'Allies for Everyone', featuring an array of outstanding tracks to guide you through emotional musical soundscapes to enrich the aural pleasure. The album foundation is based on years of continuously evolving his sound, as Allies for Everyone provides us with a master class of eleven outstanding original tracks.

Having spent the last 12 months in the studio to perfect the album, Brian is ready to unleash what is easily his best body of work to date. 'Allies for Everyone' continues to showcase a variation of exclusive tracks with the beautiful original interpretation of 'Roads' leading the way, before Brian brings his good friend and renowned German producer Miyagi on board, to serenade us with the utterly stunning 'Golden'. Next up he pays a tribute to those beautiful summer Ibiza club nights with the epic smash 'Slip' a heart-warming beauty of a track, before floating into the uplifting 'Last Sound'.

As we move to the final act Brian introduces one of his more sincere and emotional originals aptly named 'Like A Child' that showers the listener with a blanket of deep evocative sounds, before the New York born closes out the album with the superb 'Way Out' a beautiful track that oozes class and a ton of emotions by adding a layer of melodic prowess which was conceptualized in alliance with Dutch masters Mononoid.

With 'Hidden' we welcome back Marcovits to the label with a brand new single and a superb remix from Joone. Marcovits who has developed a universally loved unique style; consisting of dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly fit in any kind of club or festival. His releases have always received high acclaim - with support across the board from the who is who is in the world of electronic music. 

To open the release, Marcovits drops the delightful 'Hidden'. A track full of driving vibrancy, while the arrangement keeps you moving with the energy on offer. 'Hidden' conveys a club edge with deep stimulated elements, capped off by Marcovits' fantastic production skills. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. We are delighted to welcome Swedish producer Whirl with his superb 'Time Arc EP' to ICONYC. The talented producer has been causing a stir within the scene with his unique and lasting productions. Whirl developed an inimitable style of music, full of drive, paired with despondent and warm dreamy patterns that guided them to where he is today and embodies the sound, he now personifies. 
 
On his debut Whirl leads with the outstanding 'Aevum'; a stunning driving melodic affair with some techno elements for good measure. The track utilizes a deep groove as foundation, underpinned by a profound bass and driving synth chords that gradually ease their way to the summit. Unified by a deep kick drum and dusky atmospheric emotion, the composition climaxes by adding recurrent percussive elements and soft soaked melodies that come together to create a structured sphere of sonic satisfaction. Clever synth phrases complete the picture to create an ingeniously worked piece of art. 

The melodic soundscapes of the accompanying track 'Arc' rounds off this spectacular release. Whirl's influences are immediately evident as subtle freeform concepts drift through percussive inspired instrumentations. Rippling melodies trip along a deep kick that anchors an auricular montage to create a special sonic infused moment, complemented by a stunning groove that is going to leave a mark on your aural perception. Aeron Aether & Mango open proceedings with their smashing original mix. The duo's maturity and musical development is in full swing, they kick off with a deep, hypnotic beat which is interspersed with subtle effective percussion a profound floaty grooves and indie influences, turning this one into an underground anthem with a very soul tangling appeal. Utilizing a hypnotizing groove as the basis of the original underpinned by a rumbling bass that gradually eases its way to the breakdown of breaks percussive elements before unleashing into a rising melodic hook intertwined with the infectious groove that fades in and out for maximum effect.

Next up we welcome Berlin sound maestro Nils Hoffmann with his remix interpretation; which hits all the right chords from the word go. Nils's deep entry is interspersing with roomy glowing drive, filtered stabs and stunning groove which beautifully leads into a drop full of tension and excitement, with the understated yet driving bassline powering the groove along. Mr. Hoffmann manages to keep the energy up, allowing the driving melodic house feel to shine thru over the many layers and textures to create a beautiful soundscape to round off this classy underground crowd pleaser. Essential stuff from Nils Hoffmann.

Anton Make's sound is a tough thing to pin down. He is a unique act in the sense that emotionally his creations carry quite a large scope. He is not afraid to explore esoteric or introspective themes and the end result is always a compelling one. Such is the case with his remix of Karuna, which carries many of his most loved production hallmarks. From a warm, meaty low end to icy atmospherics and an effects storyboard to get lost in, there is certainly a lot to like. The main break is perhaps the high point, with the mood shifting from emotive to ominous with an effortless ease. It's something you rarely see and he's pulled it off beautifully here.

Aeron Aether & Mango really show that there're no boundaries, as this beautiful deep melodic release will leave you with many smile induced moments! Aeron Aether & Mango's 'Karuna' sees a worldwide release on November 4th, 2019 via all well-known digital content providers. Not to be missed.

We welcome back Sean & Dee to the label with their new single 'Sea Turtle' featuring remixes from Andy King and Mila Journée. 

The plucky Italian duo had a great 2019 with tracks signed to Outta Limits and Natura Viva among others and struck gold with a Beatport top 10 for FSOE UV. Their single-minded dedication to progressive music is also winning them many high-profile fans, and we very much expect their sonic journey to take a massive upswing this year. 

'Sea Turtle' is essential dancefloor weaponry. Upbeat and musical, the thundering kicks ushering in a mammoth tune. With bass fully engaged, the sonics begin; twisted sweeps, an epic pad and rhythm line, and later, acid, all working together to create a warm and inviting playground in your mind. Andy King opts for a deeper rendition, cooling down the originals epic overtones and focusing on the emotional content for those earlier warm up moments. While MIla Journée strips the original right back and recreates a chugging tribal prog remix that grows into an epic masterpiece.

With 'Unicorn' we welcome Nadya (RU) to the label. The EP kicks things off nicely with the title track 'Unicorn' and its forlorn moodiness that shines through, as we stroll effortlessly through club inspired melodies, while the sweltering chords sit wonderfully on top adding an extra layer of depth. The track continues to build on an unyielding foundation of deep percussive grooves and bass-lines. 'Unicorn' is a skillful piece of music that highlights the duos palpable talents.

Next up we have 'Phoenix' which features a polished and sophisticated sound profiling, as the pulsating bass powers along, before its drum fills and general warmth all combine to do the talking. Like something from yesteryear, yet sounding fresh and upfront.
