Returning to the label 2 years after the success of 'Nachami EP', we bring back a good friend of Bushman: Da Africa Deep, who is returning with a small EP before the release of his Debut album. With the release of his debut album just around the corner, Da Africa Deep wanted to work with WeAreiDyll to release Aries EP first. 

Aries EP is a journey where you don't need the archetypical drumline to get you moving. What Da Africa Deep does so well with his music is blending Melodic Synths and Piano chords to give the track more feeling than just your drumline. The growth in Da Africa Deep's music comes from learning from his piers for the last 2/3 years, ensuring he develops his sound the right way. The EP allows Da Africa Deep to shine through various Afro House patterns but keeping you on the same trajectory which is above the clouds. 

Aries comes through strong with a sweet and smooth flip on your Typical Da Africa Deep melody; it brings you into the EP straight away and as soon as the chants come in, you are locked. This type of production from Da Africa Deep is why he is one of the bright stars in the scene. Enlisting Sona, for the track 'Bind', Da Africa Deep explained the bond they had when creating this release and why it differs from your usual Afro House tracks you would hear. The cowbells carry the track while the Piano mixing with the Synth elevates the feeling inside you to keep moving. 'Te Amo' comes forward bouncy and allows the listener to enjoy the feeling of Afro House music. This laid-back style is working perfectly for Da Africa Deep, where you can see the early sets he has played have developed another side of production. The small vocal on the track not only gives a sense of familiarity with the drumline, but also gives the listener a reason to continue dancing.

We love working with Da Africa Deep and respect his talent and style. The synergy between him and Bushman is second to none, and we are so happy to bring him back for his second release under the label.

Our next release comes from the versatile duo Stones & Bones. Made up of Casper Steenkamp, aka Casper J Stone, and Kgothatso Mohlaka, aka KG Bones, this talented Pretoria-born and bred music duo knows how to hustle their fresh sound. Their music was heavily inspired by collective sounds each heard growing up - from Rock 'n Roll and Hip Hop to House and traditional South African township Funk. Since 2010, their music has spread across the plains of South Africa, Africa, and the world.

The members of Stones & Bones are full-time musicians and producers entirely focused on their craft. Three years of Bushman manifesting a release from most arguably his favorite duo. This release features Gino Brown and Ruvimbo, who have already worked together on the hit release 'Uchi Dai Dai' they deliver and bring you the single Nzara

Nzara translates to 'Hunger' The song talks about the struggle. They no longer know whom to look up to and probably ask the heavens/ancestors to intervene in these situations. There is hunger in the land, everyone is fighting for everything, and no one wants to work with each other. Eventually, everything starts crumbling down. 

The EP features the original alongside Afro House, Afro Tech, and Soulful House remixes to feature on whatever set, at whichever time you need. We hope you enjoy this release which will be out this August.

Nzara (Afro Mix)

We return to deliver a well-rounded EP from two artists known to the label Dr. Feel & Native P, who has teamed up with B'Utiza to offer Inkomo Yedlozi!

This full EP, 'Inkomo Yedlozi,' which translates to a Cow for the Ancestors, showcases the fantastic production skills of Native P. and Dr. Feel in a dynamic Afro House piece with heightened piano chords and a bouncy drumline. B'Utiza works the magic and drops his vocals just where they are required. Speaking in Zulu, this type of offering is a statement of how much the Cow means to African Culture. Weareidyll brings this along with two remixes from Label Artist Shredder SA and Afro House staple producer Echo Deep.

This one is definitely for the clubs, and all three tracks should get you moving without hesitation. We thank Native P. and welcome Dr. Feel to the WeAreiDyll team and hope you all enjoy this EP.

We are delighted to announce that Yaans has returned to WeAreiDyll with yet another fantastic EP. This time, he has collaborated with DatPalmTree and DJ IC to deliver 'Damage: The Rise of Morus,' which is the sequel to his original release, 'Dela.' 

It is worth noting that Yaans has worked tirelessly on this EP, leaving no room for breaks. He has enlisted the help of Dee The General and Dat PalmTree for the opening track, 'Mali Mali,' which showcases the amazing depth of both producers and Dee the General. For the second track, Yaans has brought back a label favorite in DJ IC, who delivers his take alongside Yaans with the powerful track, 'The Raver.' We are delighted to announce the expansion of our portfolio in the Afro House Genre, as we introduce a talented new artist to our label. Owa Oda, hailing from Mozambique, has made her mark with her debut EP, 'Arche,' which features three captivating tracks: 'Don't Let Me Go,' 'Usasekile,' and 'Preacher of Love.'

Drawing inspiration from esteemed artists such as Caiiro, Sun El Musician, and Shimza, Owa has skillfully crafted her own unique Afro Tech sound. Her music seamlessly blends natural-sounding melodies with a powerful Afro Tech base, resulting in a truly mesmerizing experience for listeners. Owa has certainly made a grand entrance onto the scene, leaving an indelible impression.

WeAreiDyll is pleased to announce our return in 2024, with the addition of a new artist to our roster in Curio Tones. This talented artist will be releasing his debut EP titled 'Cloud 9.'

In creating this EP, Curio Tones has remained true to his own identity, crafting music that originates directly from his soul. He has taken it upon himself to align with his own distinctive sound, aiming to elicit a euphoric sensation that transports listeners to a state of bliss, similar to being on cloud nine.

Having the rare opportunity to collaborate with vocalists, his fondness for vocal Afro House Vocals grew with each passing week. As a result, he decided to add vocals to his first full extended play. Despite knowing that it would require hard work, he persevered and collaborated with De Rose for the track 'Liwa' and Thiwe for the track 'Yehla Moya.'

Hypaphonik has recently returned to WeAreiDyll following the successful release of his debut EP, 'Amaxhosa,' with his latest project titled 'G.O.A.T.' 

This new offering by Hypaphonik encapsulates a spiritual journey focused on therapy, release, and energy, which are the core values shaping the ethos of WeAreiDyll Records. Known for seamlessly blending deep house and Afro-house genres, Hypaphonik has established himself as a prominent figure in the music scene over the past three years, gaining recognition for his evocative remixes and meticulously crafted tracks that evoke unique emotions. 

With the bold title of his EP, Hypaphonik asserts his presence in the industry, showcasing his growth and determination to deliver exceptional music. Native P (Periklis Lazaris) graces the label with his first release under the label. Enlisting Fellow Label Artist Shredder SA (Timothy Xihlangu) on a powerful two-track release.

Both enlist their skills with very diverse rhythms but compliment the same eerie vibe and style for the 2 track CD. 'Horror' leads the way with the club vibe for the middle of the night, going on an afro tech journey under the stars. Following up with 'Tribes Within' which takes you on a heart-racing journey through the dark forest. The second track bringing chants and elements of Tribal Africa. Both tracks have been well mixed and arranged and we are proud to bring you these two clubs tracks for you to use on your lockdown sets!
