After moving to Liverpool in the 90s he began working alongside Kenny Murray on the world famous Africa Oye. But how much work goes into a free festival of this scale? How do festivals keep up with modern day trends and stay relevant after 30 years? In this episode Paul talks about his Tottenham roots, his love for music and how you manage a major festival. He touches on being a Black man in industry and some hints and tips on growing your own festival.
