BIO:

Inadvertent of the deeper house music was an early influence that made Rulli explore more electronic music. He likes to keep it deep, low-slung & minimal on going with groovy beats of House and Techno varied with hints of organic elements.

He is one of the core residents behind the infamous "Enter The Void" nights that has made its home in Colosseum Club, as one of Jakarta's only after-hours music-centric and also to be considered as the prominent influential in shaping the next electronic underground music movement after the Stadium Club era.

As the founder of KOMA (Jenja's Club residency) and PLUSH collectives, he likes to keep him busy by collaborating with many musical talents both in music production and event organizing, to push the local non-commercial scene to keep on running and leaning to a better music creativities and solidarities. 

In terms of his international collaboration, he was able to book and organize many International talents, some highlighted as; Roger Sanchez, Dave Seaman, Harry Romero, Chus and Ceballos, Basti Grub, Darren Emerson, Danny Howells

Last but not least, he was also fortunate to share the same deck with many international acts such as; Stimming, Luca Bacchetti, Ben Pearce, Elke Kleijn, Nick Curly, Nastia, Oliver Huntemann, Solardo, Alex Kennon, and many more.

Mandarin is the co-founder of Fantastic Friends Recordings. His jobs during the 200's as owner of a 
vinyls shop, event organizer, artistic director of some night-club's, doing radio shows and djing all 
over Europe for more than 20 years mades him know as nobody how to drive a dancefloor. After 
some years working for others projects, Mandarin is coming back on stage ! Since April 2021, 
Mandarin is the programmer of the Fantastic Friends Radio Show’s on Bloop London Radio, Manilla 
Community Radio, GDS.FM & Maxximixx Underground, and he can’t wait to be behind the decks 
again… His first EP « Connection One » feat. 2 originals tracks « Express » and « Mayday » with 
remixes by Mike.D & Moises had been released on Fantastic Friends Recordings in May 2021.

For our 49th Podcast, we visit the North of England and lean over to Antoine Kiim, a Manchester-based artist who has curated a mix that sits at the intersection of House and Techno. 
The North has always had an affinity with House music, and Antoine Kiim certainly encapsulates the vibe through his rolling, bumping, and diverse mix.
We're thrilled to welcome Antoine to the Platform Minimal family.

Bio/
Antoine Kiim is a Manchester-based DJ, Producer and Curator born and raised in the small coastal town of Withernsea, not too far from the city of Hull. 

Forever looking for ways to implement his Ghanian heritage throughout his creative pastures, Antoine has been amassing his record collection and nature of the craft required within the realms of production. 

His debut album' Humour. Positivity & Affection' will be released in the foreseeable future, reflecting Antoine's life experiences between his youth and modern-day perceptions of life and The BLM Movement, which occurred amid the pandemic. All whilst entangling the three pillars to which the album is aptly titled.
Antoine Kiim strings together a wide variety of grooves: bouncing between the realms of House and Techno right throughout this mix. 
Keen on the heels of his debut at Westival this Summer, Antoine has sought through his records collection to find a few gems we'll probably hear this coming Festival Season again.
