The new project from @simonhaiduk, Agarikon, is named after an ancient medicinal mushroom found in old-growth forests. Like this mushroom which filters and transforms energy into medicine, this music project aims for a similar process as expressive medicine for Simon's soul. Moving outside the constraints of genre-specifics, he aims to use this project for more creative exploration.

Sleep Thieves, are Sorcha Brennan (vocals, synths), Wayne Fahy (Vocals, synths, bass, programming), and Keith Byrne (synths, guitar, bass, programming). The Dublin-dwelling trio met through Twitter where they bonded over film soundtracks and vintage synths. This musical friendship was solidified in the recording of their self-released EP, Islands in 2012, which garnered accolades from the press. Their full length album, You Want the Night, was released in 2014 (via Minty Fresh Records US). Their music is haunting, dreamy and cinematic, it opens up and rolls in like a storm, enticing and caressing the listener. Recently Sleep Thieves have played Electric Picnic, Culture Collide in San Francisco and LA, the FMC tour around Ireland, Forbidden Fruit, Body and Soul, CMJ Music Marathon, New York, and in London, Paris and Italy. With over 4 million plays on Spotify and almost 100,000 unique listeners the band enjoy a worldwide audience.  They are currently working on a new album.

My carbon-based cosmic vehicle is currently parked in Europe.
