Originally from South Africa, Lean As Troy has been involved in the music scene for nearly a decade.  With prior releases under his belt for labels such as Klinik Room, Egothermia, Smiley Fingers and his own Potti Records label, the London based producer serves up three esoteric tracks on Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains imprint.

A trio of blissful techno cuts can be found on the ‘Sicak’ EP, as Lean As Troy functions some superbly hypnotising grooves and transcendental melodies across all three cuts.

Julien Earle is back on his record label Reflection with a brand-new peak time techno release in the style he has released on other imprints including the likes of UMEK's 1605 and Spektre's Respekt.

Based in America, Julien Earle is also known for being a YouTube content creator who makes videos that share production tips and tricks with aspiring music creators. Showcasing his talents in the studio, Julien Earle's style is mainly orientated around techno, but he takes influence from other electronic music genres.

Not only has he dropped solo productions on labels ranging from Pleasurekraft's Kraftek to Ramon Tapia's Say What?, he has also collaborated with others such as The YellowHeads and Beico.

This release features two versions of "Close Your Eyes" that have both been produced by the original artist, Julien Earle.

The 'Extended Mix' of Close Your Eyes opens the release with a fast and furious groove that consists of electrifying synths and thundering percussion. Its pulsating energy and flickering acid combine with stabbing melodies and a throbbing bassline to deliver a rollercoaster ride of enthralling energy. There is also a more compact version that at three minutes long, is perfect for radio plays.

The title track is a deep techno firecracker inspired by ambient sounds, that evoke a whole spectrum of emotions and visions, and it surprises and seduces until the end. 'High Priestess' is full of warm, deep undertones and the famous healing frequencies that DESNA infuses into all her tracks. 'Hallucinations' is an release that stays true to its name.

Unlock the power of ‘Inverse’ with London-based, Italian DJ Uakoz with his two tracks “Inverse” and “Your Way”. Developing a strong passion for music from a very early age, Uakoz started self-teaching himself how to play drum machines and explore free music software after being hypnotized by Techno and Minimal beats. Having built music production skills in his hometown, in 2011 he decided to join the SAE institute in Milan to sharpen his technical skills as well as deepen his knowledge of music. 

As his productions have earned him recognition from various well-known DJs and established labels, Uakoz now makes his way to the Berlin-based label OFF Recordings which houses fellow DJs Andre Crom, Ben Champell, Drumcomplex, Oliver Deutschmann, Sisko Electrofanatik, and Simina Grigoriu.
