Antimatter Particle - Wrong Reflection (Original Mix)

The talented Russian artist Oleg Espo is the latest addition to the Manual Music family. With Boume, Muline and Doomsayer along for the ride, he presents two intense melodic original cuts 'Spaceship' and 'Magic Land'.

You'll find another two label newbies on remix duties as Eli David and Weird Sounding Dude provide lush and proggy versions of both songs.

Der Wüstenwurm

Wie ein Hochleistungsschwimmer krault er durch den heißen Sand. Mit donnerndem Getöse schiebt er seinen massigen, wirbellosen Körper durch die unzähligen, gehäuften Quarzkörner. Die meiste Zeit bleibt er wachsamen Beobachtern verborgen. Nur ab und an verlässt der Wüstenwurm seine unterirdischen Pfade, um blitzschnell Beute zu machen. Bezüglich seines Speiseplans ist er nicht wählerisch, vielmehr vertilgt er alles und jeden, was ihm in den Schlund und hinter die rasiermesserscharfen Zahnreihen kommt. Die anderen Lebewesen des Biotops fürchten den Wüstenwurm, aufgrund seiner Geschwindigkeit,
Ausdauer und scharfen Sinne. Er reagiert auf rhythmische Geräusche. Sei es das sanfte Trippeln einer Wüstenspringmaus oder das gleichmäßige Pochen der Tatzen eines Wüstenfuchses. Auch der homo sapiens sapiens hat sich den Lebensumständen, mit dem gefährlichen Jäger unter seinen Füßen angepasst. Das Dünenmeer überquert der Mensch nur lebend, dank einer mit einer speziellen, über Generationen überlieferten Technik. 
Anwender dieser Gangart, auch Sandtanz genannt, bewegen sich nur mit unregelmäßigen Bewegungen fort. Damit versucht er die natürlichen Geräusche der Wüste zu imitieren und vom Wüstenwurm unentdeckt zu bleiben. Doch nicht jedem gelingt immer dieses Spiel mit dem Höllenfeuer der Wüste …

Heute haben wir die DJane LaRensch aus Hannover zu Gast auf KataHaifisch. Seit 2018 steht sie bereits hinter den Decks. Ihr musikalisches Geschick gab sie neben Veranstaltungen in der Heimatstadt, auch auf Events in Zürich, Ulm und Berlin zum Besten. Beim auflegen folgt sie ihrer Intuition und bleibt spontan. Dabei setzt sie sich keine Genregrenzen und spielt von Melodic Techno über Indie Dance, bis hin zu  Exemplaren aus dem Bereich Italo Disco. Sie mag es spannend und überrascht ihr Publikum nur all zu gern. Deshalb wird es mal technoider und treibender, mal bunter, mal leichter, mal perfekt, dann wieder unperfekt miteinander kombiniert. Ihre Präferenz für das unberechenbare findet sich auch in diesem Podcast wieder und macht das ganze Set, zu einem einzigartigen Abenteuer. 
Aktuell bringt LaRensch eine große Portion Empowerment in die regionale Szene ein. Durch das Projekt @QENEM kommen DJs und Producer:innen der elektronischen Musik zusammen, tauschen sich aus und connecten.

Rico Puestel has had an adventurous career that started with his first DJ gig, aged 13. Inspired by Kyoto’s Gion nights, coastal lantern festivals, and the still elegance of Shinto shrine waters, this session captures a ritual calm where fireflies, incense smoke, and floating lights move as one.
