The Cutbacks are a four-piece band that grew up on a steady diet of 90's Alternative Rock. They have blended together the rock that they grew up on with elements of pop-punk to create their own unique sound. Even after being on the Sacramento Music scene for just under a year, they have created a substantial and supportive fan base.
