September is almost gone now and elrow Music wants to put the icing to the summer cake with this 141st reference from the Barcelona-based label. The man behind this 'Red Card EP' is Mendo. The Swissman is dropping two dancefloor bombs for us, starting with the track naming the EP.

'Red Card (Original Mix)' is a pure tech house banger, with a steady vibe, soft and wooden percussion, a strong male vocal line and some whistles FX to adding some tropical flavors to the mix. After it, we find 'I Need It (Original Mix)', a more playful track, with the same kind of loose percussion, that builds up the energy in the dancefloor with a clear reminiscence to the 90s progressive dance vibe, but with a fresh and interesting tech house disguise. Then, Mendo arranges some really amazing sound FX, taken from the sexy female vocal line, which makes this track a true dancefloor bomb for any moment of the night.

When it comes to promising new UK acts in the house scene they don't get much more exciting than Eli Brown. In a relatively short space of time he has worked his way into set lists of all the major players and onto some of the biggest and most prestigious dance stages on the Planet.

Releases have landed on Repopulate Mars, Sola, Relief, Abode and he has just remixed a huge Gorgon City track off of their new album 'One Last Song'. Radio One support lands most weekend's as do these high-profile gigs that have recently included a Hi debut in Ibiza, SW4, Reading Festival, Warehouse Project Manchester and a forthcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand at the tail end of what has been an incredible year for Eli. 

'In The Dance' follows up his Toolroom debut 'Sumatra' perfectly, following suit with those trademark tribal drums, searing synths and bundles of dance floor energy. Eli is certainly one to watch as we approach 2019 and since signing album exclusives from Eli when he first started sending us music, the Toolroom Family are behind him every step of the way!

The international touring tech house duo YOKAI is comprised of Justin and TJ. This Florida based powerhouse are stealing dance floors away with their driving bass lines, original mixes, and classic tech house sound. YOKAI quickly took over the Orlando music scene claiming residencies at some of the hottest night clubs in Central Florida. 

This dynamic duo’s multi house genre and boundary pushing style has allowed them to be featured on stages across the US and abroad. YOKAI has appeared on line ups at Burning Man, Electric Daisy Carnival, Groove Cruise, Imagine Music Festival ,and Okeechobee Music Festival to name a few.

YOKAI had their first big breakthrough releasing “What” on Rawesome Records that quickly gained traction with accelerated downloads and streams. They followed up with another big release on Golf Clap’s Country Club Disco featuring the track “Drugs”, which has already received support from major artist such as David Guetta and many more. YOKAI continues to push themselves as artist to create innovative new sounds that will keep dance floors grooving.

After that they had a MAJOR year for the boys having multiple international tour stops and major festival plays such as EDC Las Vegas and EDC Orlando’s Kinetic Field amongst many others. The boys have been working tirelessly in the studio boasting creative new originals, remixes, and edits for live set performances assuring rumbling dance floors across the globe. Stay tuned as we head into 2024 for many more dance floor weapons coming from team YOKAI.
