Todays media can seem overwhelming, The constant 24/7 news cycle, infinite social media availability, It leads into a culture of constant sensory overload. All of us need to recognize where the media is leading us, anger and division. You can be consumed by it, it becomes all you think about. Real life and Social Media merge, and you are left with a "reality" that is anything but. Focus on God and what he calls you to be, and forget about the rest.
