Techno / Dub Techno / Experimental House AKA Intelligent dance music: When melodies become themes, electro becomes hyper-electro, producers push synths to their breaking point, and "a little silly" becomes the macabre, you're entering the far-gone realm of The Weather Underground.

The M.O. for these House Luminaries and practitioners is a blend Space Disco House & Experimental Electronic Techno. 
Locomotive basslines and intricately arranged synth-harmonies and chord progressions laying down powerhouse combination of hard progressive electronic House and some indescribable genre of music where drums are used as props for synthesizers with minds of their own.

Sticking to a hard, ultra gated drum sound and synthesized psychedelia with insane attention to detail offering limitless possibilities for experimentation,

It's almost impossible to put your finger on something as amorphous as ambient music. In spite of mounds of academic writing and manifestos on the subject, the genre remains as elusive and gauzy as ever: a description of space, or an attempt to use the shape of the sound as the foreground subject : music for liminal spaces, either real or imagined. 

It dosn't take a musicologist to know that most electronic music songs are pretty long – They're made for the club, not the radio, so there's more time to build an idea. There are some occurances, however, when this theme is stretched past the norm, into a realm that is all on in its own: stretching the limits of sound design and track arrangement, providing us with tunes that blur the lines of what "can work" and when "enough's enough." Many of the genre's most influential productions have thrived in their mindblowing longeivity; tracks that slowly unfold and unravel, implode then come back to life, and all the while making us question, and listen in awe, to what the hell we are hearing.
