Introduction

This week's sermon is over the opening verses to the Sermon on the Mount. Matthew 5:1-4.

After Jesus’ discourse on the church, the disciples are left with some critical questions. The first of them, and the only one we will see right now, has to do with forgiveness. It is clear that Jesus is saying Christians must forgive their brothers and sisters; Peter asks if there is a limit to that forgiveness.
