You Move Me

We Came From the Woods is a Norwegian post-punk band based in Oslo. Having played a few live shows in Norway and Sweden during their first years of existence, four select songs were chosen for the Dark Matters EP, recorded in 2015 with the aid of revered Norwegian indie rock musician and producer Kenneth Ishak.

The four songs contain a driving rhythm section, with strong melodic guitar lines and crisp brooding lyrics wrapped in stadium-sized production, evoking some of the big names from the British post-punk/alternative scene of the eighties.

Dark Matters EP was released 14th September 2015 and is available on Spotify, iTunes, Wimp, Apple Music, Amazon, TIDAL, Deezer and others.
