Justin Wells is a San Diego CA, Rapper (J-Active) who started rapping at the age of 13 as (J-9) making his first song in 2010 (when we pull up, not published) with his long time friend's Darneisha Brown (D flashy) and (Robby D) . he continued working on  his music through out middle school with his friends Jordan Alexander,& Darneisha Brown  who started a rap group together named FLASHYinc. . Durring middle school he became good friends with Amin Kromah at the time (Lil-Kg now Aye Cee) who later started rapping also. In 2011 justin went off to high school (Hoover High)  and continued to write music whenever he had the chance. he then published his first song in a video witch his brother michael recorded him on his i pod.  in 2012 he moved in with his auntie and cousin marquis who had a kareoke microphone. justin then used the microphone to record his self rapping on his cousins laptop, he quickly took advantage of it by making and publishing 3 songs, FLASHY SHYT , MOTIVATED, & FOR ME featuring his sister stephanie at the time (Lady Byrd) . he latter got in touch with (Aye Cee) who started rapping and had a studio at his house. justin & amin conected and formed a solo group team 420. Him and aye cee then recorded/published 5 hot track's "he's a bitch now", "dolla billz", "pronto", "dub ft. young city", & 'twerk it" and also releasing a snippet and 2 freestyle's. later in 2012 he colaborated with his sister stephanie/nina and a freind of his kevon wakefeild (Kee 3) creating the song "bad ass bitch".
