This track is dedicated to a man who survived a lethal amount of ketamine administered by the  Vancouver General Hospital. This man had a religious experience whilst going on a batshit crazy rampage. He caused thousands of dollars damages to his city, and was paid tax dollars once he came to. Jerome Weafer, this one is for you.

VANCOUVER - A Campbell River man has received $63,000 in damages for an "out-of-body experience" in which he said he saw God after being accidentally overdosed with the painkiller Ketamine while recovering from back surgery in Vancouver General Hospital.
Jerome Weafer, 26, ran naked out of the Vancouver General Hospital, while tearing down framed pictures lining an 11th floor hallway, sources said.
“It was a rampage,” said a witness who declined to give her name. “He was screaming. We didn’t even know what he was doing. He was incoherent and belligerent.”
Weafer suffered psychological trauma from the overdose, in which he received the entire contents of a 500-milligram bag of Ketamine -- being administered intravenously -- over a five-minute period. He was supposed to have received three millilitres an hour for 24 hours.
Weafer then described seeing a gathering of people waiting for him on the other side of a trellis -- further journeys down into blackness and back into light --until he woke up and found doctors asking him questions.
He told them, "I just saw God and was fighting for my life."
In dismissing Weafer's claims of brain damage, Cole nevertheless said the man "suffered a great degree of stress and anxiety due to the Ketamine incident. The near-death experience was terrifying."

Health-care workers could not tend the sick nor the gravediggers bury the dead because they too were ill. Mass graves were dug by steam shovels and bodies buried without coffins in many places.
