Proving ain’t easy but it has to be done

You say ‘That’s impossible!’  Maybe for you, kid
I stand on giants’ shoulders all the way back to Euclid
Slightly more precisely, I trace it back to Frege
he is the alpha, and before you stands omega 
I’m only playing man, we’re far from the end
That’s why I keep on proving, don’t break don’t bend

I drop science—but it’s formal not physical
Never need a lab I transcend  the empirical
Timeless,   eternal,   the knowledge is immutable
Make it all explicit to banish  the inscrutable
Setting up a system  so that nothing is hidden
Axioms are listed; proof-rules are fit in
Perfectly together, now we’re good to go
With endless proofs most beautiful, an infinite flow

If there’s a conjecture—yo, I’ll solve it super fast
While you scratch your head and ask ‘Is this proof a supertask?’
Keep my proofs shorter than mc chris
If you ain’t nerdcore, that’s a reference you missed
Quick, clean, tight, my proofs are elegant
Never brute force, ad hoc, or irrelevant
