Weekend Circuits 22nd release sees the return of Ground-Fault-Interrupt, a compilation series launched in 2015. Volume 3 brings a dynamic and present-day representation of hard hitting and trance-inducing newfangled music.

Heavy on the hypnotics, Kwartz brings a sidewinding sonic escape of machines to run parallel with a rolling energy of percussion. A gritty take on modern techno production, sees an opiate energy lift dance floors into upper echelons.

Tense and unnerving, 'Universe Forms' shimmers and collides immersive patterns and reverberating deep horns to create an ever building and reforming enterprise of endurance soundscapes.

Twisting and turning with off kiltered consideration, Rommek brings about a scrutiny of frequencies. Demonic and impulsive, this fiendish track screams hellish frenzy throughout.

Rooted in the darker depths of electronic music, Positive Centre pushes an already ominous 4 track EP into the even more unearthly. Minimal and occult, the rolling subtleties bury themselves and flood the senses. An engrossing deluge of swamp-like audio can be felt across ‘Mesquinhata’.

Each vinyl copy comes with a limited edition insert designed by SHDS.

Since​ ​originally hailing from the Italian Southcoast club scene, Z.I.P.P.O has established himself as a regular DJ at Berghain, Tresor and Fabric while releasing full-frontal cuts on the likes of Suburban Avenue, Enemy and Ben Sims’ Machine imprint with support from Ryan Elliot and DVS1. A key Involve Records artist, he now brings back his fresh otherworldly and electro-tinged techno to Regal’s esteemed imprint. 
‘Diaspora’ opens with rolling percussion, crunchy snares and cantering synths before ‘Hgroove’ slams with weighty kicks, cutting stabs and responding zaps until euphoric pads provide space on the break. On the flip, ‘Imagination’ goes on an acid tip with vocoder style vox-samples, 808-style toms and streaming 303 lines while ‘Vortex’ seethes with aggressive keys, punchy claps and a smouldering bassline. Freddy K‘s subtle influence strides on, as the latest EP hits his Key Vinyl imprint that has featured artists such as Dimi Angélis, Conrad Van Orton, Hector Oaks, The Plant Worker, Ctrls and many others.

Rome is the home of PVS who returns to the Berlin stable with Kontrol his next EP made up of four original tracks that are punchy and ready to work the floor.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the track “Keine Wahrnehmung” that kicks straight into a frenzy of frantic percussion with stabbing low tones. The sonic onslaught of funk and rawness is an instant attraction, while later showing sensitivity with deep, swirling pads as the kick disappears in a further fixation of euphoria. Jackin’ and driving, this a perfect mix of delivering emotion and club functionality.
