Welcome to the first of the final soundtrack batches leading up to the demo release! It's been a long ride, and we at Team Chroma hope you enjoy what's coming!

About this track!
Another track RB and I worked on together outside of Ivory Shore. This one was a lot of fun for both of us, and we were really happy with how it turned out! A special thanks to my talented pianist/saxophonist friend Cameron for performing the solo you hear in the later parts of the song!

"This was my first track i did for the project, that was also a collab. I was still not at a point i would call myself comfortable with my capacities, but working with Whey, and for the project, really helped coming along way since then, even if at moments we were at odds with how we would put our ideas on the tracks, i still value everything i gained from it all this time"

What is Sonic Chroma? Chroma is an HD 2D Sonic fan-game based entirely around trying to jam as many new, experimental, and creative elements into one Sonic game as we can while keeping it as fun as possible. New elements you may see in gameplay include ideas that may be normally considered "taboo" for Sonic games, ideas that you may have never even heard or thought of, or ideas that you may have already thought of and dreamed to see in a Sonic game one day whether it's official or fanmade.

The people behind this project (that's us!!!) are a team of earnest, mostly college-faring people from all over the world who decided to get together to create, just like how every other team has aimed for, what we feel is the most fantastic and from-the-heart Sonic experience as we can.

What sets Chroma apart from the rest is that our goal is to combine a whole buffet of fresh or otherwise unseen ideas with the classic Sonic formula to carefully craft and bring you an HD hybrid game. Why only let you play unique levels, give you new art to gawk at and new music to listen to, when we could also give you an entirely unseen gameplay experience on top of all that? It's the logical next step, and we're proud of working to see it realized.
