Berlin, Boston, Belfast: Alternative trio The Deltahorse is comprised of members who have never been altogether in the same place at the same time. Although the three members are scattered over the globe the bandʼs rather uncommon sound very much “feels like three guys were in the studio writing and performing alongside one another – music with the appropriate amount of grit, sheen, and sleaze.” (ALEX DANIEL, Earbuddy), and with “mammoth slabs of thunderous bass, sax riffs, and thudding melodies.” (JOSHUA PICKARD, Beats Per Minute / New York). 

The band is spearheaded by Berlin resident and founder Sash, alongside Bostonʼs Dana Colley, former saxophonist of Morphine. The Deltahorseʻs new single Easy Life pushes a brighter tone, directed by the sultry falsetto of singer-songwriter Vadim Zeberg from Belfast, Ireland - a sound probably cool enough to stop global warming. Anchored by Sashʼs fuzzy bass lines, electro-coated beats and Colleyʼs thick, electric baritone saxophone riffs The Deltahorse’s transatlantic sound borders on electronica - sticky as resin and “nothing but intriguing, unlike anything else youʼre bound to come across this year.” (CHRIS KUBAK, Striker Bill / Philadelphia).
