Inc.ternational Mix Series is an umbrella extension of The Weirdos Inc. Show on B-side Radio (which focuses on local Vancouver acts). Inc.ternational says what it is on the tin - looking further afield from all over the world for selectors that inspire us, and fit into the eclectic sound of the Weirdos corporation.  

For the second instalment of the Inc.ternational Mix Series, really happy to welcome fka Boursin, hailing from UK, Bristol. Long time friend of the label, Henry Aka fka Boursin has been creating beautiful dubbed out ambient-house tracks for as long as we've known him. He likes to incorporate critical themes with into his work, with an ongoing analysis of the dance music industry and deep house as a genre.

His recent released on Sam Hall and Ongo Gablogian's Bristol-based label, Few and Far Between. An imprint focussed on rejuvenating old Bristol records with fresh takes from current producers as well as original contemporary material.

He's created a beauty of a mix that spans many genres in a true Weirdos inc. fashion. Much like his productions, the mix filters in and out of rhythms and pads. The mix ends on a whopping 13 min long track of his. Turn on and tune out...

DJ Eft is a terrestrial amphibian with roots in NJ & Philadelphia. The now Portland based DJ, producer, designer, animator, & "World Healer" has spent time slinking through the mycelial forest duff, sampling the sounds and flavors of the PNW old growth and ocean. Eft is a natural farmer with a strong connection to the cycles of nature and makes contact with the spirits regularly which guide his ethereal selections in ambient, hypnotic techno, dub techno, trance infused tech-house, 4th world, and experimental IDM. 

I first met DJ EFT, also known as Mugwert at Aqua Lucidity, a festival on the sunshine coast last year. I awoke in my tent the Saturday morning after a heavy session to amazing selections I initially thought were coming from the main and only stage. Instantly drawn to the post night early morning DMT energy coming out of his portable mini rig - we became friends. 

I later in the summer travelled down to Canyon Vibrations in Oregon to watch EFT play the downtempo stage where I entered into another realm from his selections. 

Anyway stoked to have the homie on the Inc.ternational series where we're searching far and wide for those off kilter and beautiful moments in music out of the mundane and formulaic. 

EFT has delivered a Weirdos inc. Mix for sure and i'm sure you'll enjoy!

HAYAH comes in hot with a 100% original dubs mix—one hour of pure experimentation and expression straight from the HAYAH Sound Cave. "These tracks are the ships I’ve been sailing across the sonic seas. Most of them won’t make it past this stage, so I figured I’d share them in a mix. Pretty raw, largely unfinished, but they capture that spark of discovery that feels essential to this whole musical expression. Repetition, evolution, cycles—sound waves rippling across generations".

Blissed-out bouncing flutes, bopping dub lines, pitched-down vocal spells, sloppy delays, mean basslines, trip-hop spirals, spoken word, UK garage via the sun-kissed shores of Portugal. DUB on DUB.

HAYAH is on a trip—you can almost smell the green haze creeping out the speakers. It’s something special. Percy, aka HAYAH, is an old friend, almost fifteen years deep. I’ve seen his music evolve up close—and lately, from a distance. Honestly, without Percy’s influence, who knows if the weirdos sound would’ve ever wandered into dub territory. Born in South London, now based in Crato, Portugal. You can hear the lineage—clearly UK-born, but branching way beyond any one origin.

I seriously recommend sitting with this. Let the journey unfold. The mix is raw, not polished—and that’s what makes it so good. Pure experimentation. No filter.

Beauty of a 4 hour mix traversing all the downtempo corners from our very own DF Cuke and Direct Deposit. Igniters of the dancefloor, Cukumbers in hand, ready for a good time and. genuine sweeties of the universe. Good friends and good djs coming together and creating something great for us. They know the assignment and got it good! big love to these two. Stick it on, Stick it out and Stay zen. xoxox

Buzzing to share this one — a proper masterclass in drifting, left-field sounds from Glaswegian via London based dj peanut. Experimental downtempo, blown-out industrial textures, and dubby warmth all tangled together. No/new wave/ post punk, pub chug. crunchy, metallic, and totally in its own lane. Exactly the kind of thing we love pushing on the airwaves and through the label.

I met Katie (aka peanut) up in Newcastle earlier this summer — we were both playing the Lubberfiend’s third birthday, booked by our now-mate Jon Cornbill. As soon as I heard her set, I knew I had to get her on the series. No-brainer.

She’s been making noise around London now, and is a regular on Noods Radio. Big family energy on this one — and we're so gassed to have her involved.

"This mix is intended to capture the carefree energy at the tail end of the endless summer heatwave; lazy, sleazy, balmy and dripping, gently euphoric; downtempo, ambient, wave, house and oddities in between. Improvised in a mushroom mood one evening and refined in one take the next afternoon after a morning sauna. Those paying attention might remember ojo's killer track"Lounge of a Thousand Years" on our "Delusions VA" compilation from a few years ago now. Tripped out excursions and moods you cant quite pin point but tickle the itch. ojo is a pro at merging seamless textures full of emotive wonk. stoked to get him on the series. grab a drink, sit back, fade out.
