I set myself the goal of performing my own productions live before I was 40 and I just about managed it :)

Played more than 500 shows all over Ireland, the UK, the U.S, Canada, India, Asia and continental Europe alongside countless top players from the electronic scene. Runs the Rua Sound, Spheres and Foxy Jangle labels alongside Rob DC and also the SubVersion SoundSystem alongside Crux. Based in Hanoi and runs with Hanoi HiFi Sound

Welfare was also part of the production duo SubVersus, along with fellow bass music producer Shatterfreak - He was a long term member of Ireland's long running Dubstep and Bass music crew and record label, DubCulture. Welfare was also the man behind the Jungle Boogie! collective a nationwide old school Jungle crew , as well as the promoter at Get Boogie! Galway.
He hosted a weekly radio show on Raidio na Life in Dublin called the Welfare Clinic.hosting countless guests from the Dubstep,Jungle,IDM and hardcore scenes -
He was also a founding member in 2007 of Electronic Resistance,a sound system collective of anarchist and radical leftist DJs,producers and event organisers.
