What a cruel joke it was, that my taste for heavier, more atmospheric music coincided with a cancelling of doofs and festivals for well over a year now. During that time, I've collected a mountain of melodic house and techno. This eclectic mix, recorded in the midst of our second winter since the world changed, is my homage to everything we've missed, and to brighter, warmer days to come.

Hailing from Melbourne's hilly north-east, Dan Welsh is a passionate DJ with an insatiable thirst for sharing great music. After years of playing in bands, and cutting his teeth as a mobile DJ, Dan has now channeled his passions into DJing all manners of disco, house & melodic techno. Nowadays, he can boast sets everywhere from Circus to Sooki Saturdays, from Burning Seed to Falls Festival, as well as headline slots at Mt. Buller and Brown Alley. 

This love for the sharing of great tunes has found Dan presenting his own radio show on Melbourne's KISS FM. "Welshy's Morning Tea" is now approaching 100 shows, and can be found every Wednesday from 9AM on KISS.
