Wendigos formed in late 2012 in singer/bassist Avi Durchfort's LA garage. 
Avi reconnected with childhood friend Steven Endo (Guitar) when he approached Steven to form a band with Dalton Ricks (Guitar), whom Avi had been introduced to through mutual friends. With the addition of drummer Mike Harper, whom Dalton met in college, in late 2013, the band was complete. Since then, Wendigos have been hard at work, polishing and perfecting their unique brand of guitar-driven, LA Beach Rock.
