*Songs With Words* — It's been three long years since I've released a set and while I don't know what I've been waiting for, luckily something about this one felt a bit different. During a week of relentless work, this was my first moment of play. As the clock struck midnight on Tuesday evening we were in the midst of a wild ride: from Diplo and Carlita at sunset, to Unders at sunrise, I had the pleasure of bridging the night amongst a sea of friends and familiar faces. Sometimes in the land of singing computers, it's nice to hear a few songs with words.

Starting the HillJam Boost Tour 4 with some slower beats. A set inspired by Argentinian folk singer Jose Larralde, the fantastic groove of the British Rock Band Fleetwood Mac with its song TUSK (Released 1979), some classy old Blumentopf, and Pink Floyd. Playing for Hill Jam was one of my highlights of 2020. (not that difficult though.)
