What Is Real brings to the surface the philosophical concept of reality, that we so much convinced we have solved today, rather than explore it in order to conclude to a solid answer. Science, Philosophy, Religion, Governments, Academia, Bankers, and pretty much everyone on the globe has a different perspective of what is real and no body else can deny it or prove the opposite. 
The closest answer to what is real might come from Constructivist theories, more specifically from Gianbattista Vico in his book La Scienza Nuova III, where he posits that what is real is only what we say it is, nothing less, nothing more. The track itself has a complex mix of elements and styles that all are relevant in their own domain, but can generate anxious thoughts when combined together.
