His productions and dj sets range from deep house, techno,minimal, tech-house, always tech’y, funky and interesting. Music that relies more on the character of the sound andthat is very question answer driven. With releases on the way from Elastic Gun Records, The Seed Music and ProperSlap as well as oncoming remix work on Nosi Music,Cimelde and others. Anyone who has seen MEHR dj sets,knows that his track selection which consist of nothing butconstant accents and the detailed ways of drawing themtogether always lead to good times. We are back in our BR series, this time we have Ele Shims from Peru who go for a straight-up supersonic dub with his three tracks EP. 
Ele Shims projects a deep and galactic trip, mellow and twisted sound arrangements, a very distinct aspects of his production style. His musical journey perfectly points our intention to make things very different without losing our unique style. 
On the other hand, we got ourselves, Madian, a great duo from Puerto Rico. Their version for “lupp” is a very dreamy track with a weird chords progression with an elegant house groove. For last we have our co-founder Phillip Rivera with his interpretation for “inmun” Like always Phillip delivers his loony beats, with random sounds and spacey landscapes but without taking away that very unique dub sounds from the original track. For this edition, we went for a different route than usual with a high tempo and a dub techno groove. We are proud of this EP, being the last release of the year, we are expecting more stuff forward with no boundaries or limits.

Brought together by good friends Madcimiliano @madcimiliano & Ian Cahill @iancahillmusic , “madian” has been smoothly rising through the local scene of Puerto Rico since it’s debut in 2016. After three years of DJing back to back they decided to get in the studio to produce and released their first single “Domino” on Mexico’s XOOD Records. Now, months into their first release they have already started working on their self-titled EP, “madian” and have released one remix, Leandro Garcia - “Remind” (madian Remix) on Digital Den Records & an edit of a famous Rubén Blades - “GBDB” freestyle (previously remixed by the infamous Ricardo Villalobos) which they named “Disnilandia” (madian edit) released on Bacteria Record’s. With the desire to create boundless music, with funky alien grooves and a happy futuristic feel to it, Madcimiliano & Ian Cahill ultimately objectified their goal by bringing into existence madian. 

Combining their styles and backgrounds (Madcimiliano as a DJ, Producer & Art Director and Cahill as a DJ, Producer, & Engineer) with passion and friendship, both artists have upgraded their development to a full-grown level and are now a dynamic duo inside and outside the studio. Each with his own credentials as DJs serving as support acts to well known artists such as Bedouin, Satori, and Priku (Madcimiliano); Fur Coat, Chus & Ceballos, and Neverdogs (Ian Cahill); Tara Brooks, Subfreq, Kora, and Sepp (madian), they now look to take over as artists of their own caliber. With dedication, passion, and enthusiasm for musical growth combined with the knowledge and experience to create sharp musical productions and enticing art work, these two creative minds are a tour de force looking to expand their horizon way beyond the imaginable.
