“New York-based artist-songwriter Wes Crave  has an unique way of putting words together and making it sound good. With music to feel he stays in tune with his listeners’ emotions. With the talent for music and songwriting flowing though him from an early age, Wes at the age 9 was awarded the chance to compete at Harlem's own Apollo Theater. He entertained and performed his single "Perfect" which had an uncredited feature by an artist who would later go on and become the battle rapper Goodz Da Animal. After losing a close decision Wes Crave was the first child to lose the competition and get invited back. For the 2004 release of Sam Ramie's "Spider Man 2" Apollo Had a special show for the creators and cast. Wes Performed his very own song title " Spiderman". Threw the next couple years he performed locally all threw the streets of NYC at events such as the harlem stage on 125th street. As a teenager he released 2 mixtapes on Datpiff.com, "Love & Hip Hop" and "Hustle & Dedication". Along with a couple videos and more music Wes now believes at the age of 24 this is his true beginning. His East Coast style lyrics and melodic melodies expose the true definition of an artist whose soul-touching vocals have the power to move the biggest of the biggest crowds.”
        Wes Crave has some people who heavily influence his music. His clear craft of writing lyrics comes from growing up in NYC listening to a lot of Jadakiss, Fabulous, French Montana, the late Chinx Drugs R.I.P but as the new era of  music turned more into melody based artist like Drake, J Cole, Kendrick Lamar and a couple of the so called "Soundcloud Rappers" like Lil Uzi, Post Malone, A Boogie influenced Wes to have more fun with his music and focus more or on the sound content for certain songs.
      Hungry and motivated by the fact that he has a daughter, to show the world she can be great and do anything she put her mind to that causes him to go that extra mile. He is a go getta and racking up accomplishing goals. Mr Harlem Shake they call him. The only rapper on the Go crazy boys Harlem Shake song back in 2013 when the Harlem Shake was brought back to life.
       With his new 2019 single "Qualified" released on all platforms Wes is A grown man with an agenda  and only time will tell. With so much more coming stay tuned in cause this man is incredible.
