￼ So I just went to Tom‘s church and I heard people speaking in tongues, didn’t hear a whole lot of biblical teaching, but I heard a lot about the pastor. No wonder Tom wants to have conversations with me theologically, but as soon as we start to have those conversations, he cuts them down blaming his lack of attention span, blaming his ADHD, blaming his lack of theological and biblical knowledge, even when I’m just trying to talk to him about the importance of reading something and teaching from a text in context rather than just picking up one sentence from the book and stating that is the whole meaning and premise of that book. That small description of the importance of context goes over his head and he gets frustrated and angry with me for trying to speak to him on a deeper level than what he’s used to.￼￼

This is a song written by the kids of Normanton and Jackie Marshall as part of a Qld Arts Council RECONNECT Project 2010.
I recorded it, arranged it, performed it etc etc in the front office space of the Normanton Town Hall! Between Road Trains.
We offered it to the STINGERS FOOT CLUB MANAGER as promo material but they didn't want it.
