🇸🇷🇳🇱Joshi Shawn & Nindo went from co-workers to friends and are now a DJ duo.

Joshi Shawn  born  on the 15th of April, he doesn’t even remember when he started spinning, “it’s like breathing, it’s necessary to feel alive”. He also has some productions waiting to be released.

Nindo born on the 9th of July, started spinning about a year and a half ago. His big inspiration is Benny Rodrigues with his dirty house tunes. He hopes to have a B2B with him and always follows the code to just go with the rhythm.

They are the co-founders of @sneaky_events 🤫

It was great to be back on the island after such a long time. Special feeling it was.

This is the recording of my closing set at Colorado Charlie in The Hague (NL).

Vibe was on point for this one. I closed the night after a banging set from Sally C who passed the decks to me at 135 Bpm. Was very excited to get to work on such a high tempo.

Before Sally C the Dutch legend Benny Rodrigues really delivered a stellar set as always. Truly playing into the beach vibes and bringing the perfect transition from day to night vibes in terms of the vibe and the accompanying soundtrack.

It was a truly blessing to play the opening set for this event and to hand over the decks to my all time DJ hero Benny Rodrigues. On top of that, being able to close the night after one of 2022's biggest power houses Sally C in a full pumping venue was amazing.

I'm very happy with the result and I hope that the energy of the night and the feelings that this moment conveyed truly come across through this recording.

Westblaak is a talented 22-year-old DJ and producer hailing from the vibrant city of Rotterdam. From a young age, he was drawn to the pulsing rhythms and infectious beats of house music, and it wasn’t long before he discovered his passion for producing.

Over the years, Westblaak has honed his craft and is now a seasoned DJ who knows how to get the crowd moving. His unique sound is a combination of heavy underground & hard hitting funk, inspired by legends such as Todd Terry, Kerri Chandler, and Jeremy Sylvester. With his heavy and hard-hitting tracks, Westblaak has quickly made a name for himself in the underground scene.

In 2021, Westblaak won the Toffler Talent pool, solidifying his status as one of Rotterdam’s rising stars. He has also had the opportunity to perform at some of the city’s most iconic venues, including the Now&Wow club and the Euromast.

Always striving to improve his skills, Westblaak had enrolled himself in a one-year producing academy in Amsterdam. Here, he learned everything from mixing to mastering at the highest level, ensuring that his tracks are of the highest quality.

It is no surprise that Westblaak’s talents have caught the attention of the music industry. With a bright future ahead of him, we can’t wait to see what Westblaak has in store for us next.
