Late to the party but this is beautifully done, Ed.   Has all the tone, sense, poise and touch of a Knopfler closing riff.  Sweet rich (strat or maybe Suhr...?) tones and effortless riffing.  I can almost see his pinky plus 1 (how does he do that???)  planted on the deck as he's playing this...

As with our dear Peter, I confess to being late to the party as well.  Your fingers still caress the frets with delicate authority.  I'm never sure where to draw the line between Knopfler influence and your own fine skill.  All I know is I'm swept away by the atmosphere you create.  Kudos on another mesmerizing song.

On our recent trip to Italy, one of the places we stayed was Monterosso, one of the 5 villages in Cinque Terre. From our patio, we were able to see Il Gigante looking out over the ocean. I am pleased to announce this new music collaboration, Il Gigante di Monterosso - Feat: Sergei Govorov, celebrating the beauty of Italy.  Listen to Sergei's music on Spotify and Apple Music.
Sergei Govorov completed his doctoral degree at the Gnessin Academy of Music in Moscow with the highest honors.  In 2022, Sergei moved to the United States.  Sergei's repertoire ranges from classical saxophone to avant-garde, jazz, and pop. He has performed over 4,000 concerts worldwide.  For the last year I have been writing music for the sax and piano duo, Govorov & De Groot.  Sergei Govorov and Britta De Groot have performed my music in Colorado and have future plans for more concerts and possible recordings.

I'm almost back...
After the death of a loved one, I found myself unable to play music... so I opened a small attic room deep in my unbalanced mind and played other types of instruments... it had to happen...
So here's a track, "ATTIC ROOM" (37 minutes), composed and produced, bringing together 10 very different and surprising tracks... I feel like I was in another dimension for a while, and I hope you enjoy it.

Après le décès de l'un de mes proches, je me suis retrouvé dans l'incapacité de jouer de la musique... alors j'ai ouvert une petite chambre mansardée tout au fond de mon esprit en déséquilibre et j'ai joué sur d'autres types d'instruments... il fallait que cela se réalise...
