'I had so much fun working on this, that I literally had no idea that it would turn out so great! This is the sound that I've been looking for for a long time now. An album was the only option I had, so many ideas were flowing through my mind that I had to put into one album!' 
The album is divided in two parts, the first part contains twelve bluesy jazzy dance floor funkers. The second part of the album is containing all the collaborations with amazing artists that will be released later this year.

This is a track for track recreation of one of the more inspiring DJ sets I've had the privilege of playing in, quite frankly, my entire music career. After five years of helping create a beautiful experiment in community on an elk ranch near Ponoka, hundreds and thousands of hours of planning, working, celebrating and partying with an amorphous village of inspiring Albertans, I was granted the extreme duty and privilege of curating sounds for the penultimate Saturday night gathering of Freezer Burn 2017. 

As the sun went down, and the microcosm gathered in the cool grass, and most importantly as that motherfucking man burnt, I helped craft sonic background from a converted limo bar to an expansive and excitable crew of individuals. A set like this sticks in the memory banks without a doubt.
