Don't bother listening, I doubt you'll care

Last night I was kept up thinking, words running around in my head that I had to put to paper before I went to bed. So, this is what came of it and it was probably one of the most emotionally draining things I have ever done.

DISCLAIMER/WARNING: I have never written a slam poem before, only listened to them so if it's not too great that may be one reason as to why. Also I recorded this about five times due to issues with my mic before giving up, there's a small slip up over half way through but I had to upload it now as my mum was about to come home and probably wouldn't want to hear me passionately talking to myself.

SLAM POEM "Stuck In My Throat"

first things first, i am actually sick so if my voice sounds beyond strange that's probably why. i think i recall choking up with some words at some point but i decided to upload anyways because my parents will once again be home soon and i'd rather they not think i'm mental by reciting poetry to myself that i wrote at one am because i couldn't sleep.
