Parasex is an Estonian-Italian duo based in Estonia. Angelica and Riccardo Alescio - a spicy mix of a Sicilian hot boy and an east cold 90s kid girl. Angelica Alescio, in art Angè, was a rocker from early childhood. After discovering electronic music from a young age, she was eventually drawn to dark disco tobacco-stained synths, provocative vocals, erotic Italian grooves, acid notes, and anything with powerful energy. She is the Co-founder of the Dark Disko event series in Estonia, a DJ for over a decade, and a producer as of late. Angelica meets Riccardo Alescio in 2022 and they found the Parasex group a year later. At the beginning, before the birth of the Parasex duo, Riccardo collaborated with Angelica by writing the lyrics and singing for some of her tracks. Riccardo Alescio is a Sicilian visual artist and producer who shares with her a passion for rock music, electronic music, and underground culture. With the birth of the Parasex project, they combine their qualities in musical production and performing on stage, discovering new creative possibilities by fusing their musical tastes and cultural backgrounds. Together they have shared the stage with artists like Alan Dixon, Séxstasy, Djedjotronic, Kendal, Pablo Bozzi, Curses, Nunzio Borino, Massimiliano Magliara, Fabrizio Mammarella, Franz Scala, Fantastic Man, Jennifer Cardini, and many more talented artists from over the globe. We have a podcast on the radio like Rinse FM (Ritmo Fatale and Curses podcasts), Disco Suicide, IDA radio Helsinki, Crave Tapes, Dark Disco, Fresh FM, Indie Dance the mix series, Operator radio, and H.Õ.R. The important gigs always take place at Tallinn Music Week at HALL as residents of the Dark Disko event. Parasex has already released music on Nothing Is Real Records, Last Love Records (Parasex), Hearecords, Wrong Era, Logical Records, NIR, Melomana, Day Dream Records, Discoteca Negra, Disco Pastors, Route 375, Santa Sangre Records.

Over the years, Anna Lazer has built a rich and eclectic collection of sounds — always exploring, always pushing boundaries. Whether it’s in clubs, at festivals, or at illegal raves in the middle of nowhere, her sets take you on a hypnotic journey through driving basslines and deep, pulsating rhythms.

As a member of the Munich-based collective Folge der Wolke (“Follow the Cloud”), Anna helps shape and energize a wide range of creative spaces across and around the city. 

From open-airs in the Olympic Park and label nights at Bahnwärter Thiel and Lieberscholli, to secret raves by the Isar and wild parties in a hidden trailer park somewhere in Munich — she and her crew bring the underground to life wherever they go.

Marcelo Malta, aka MLTX, is a DJ and music producer deeply rooted in a musical legacy. Inspired by his multi-instrumentalist father, he began his musical journey early on, mastering drumming and performing in hardcore, punk rock, and heavy metal bands. I'm very excited to present a new episode of my Indie Dance The Mix series today.
This time with DJ duo Ubre Blanca from Glasgow, UK

BIO
In 2013 Ubre Blanca began creating soundtracks for films which were never made and music from futures that never came to pass, releasing three critically acclaimed EPs heavily influenced by such synth and soundtrack pioneers as John Carpenter, Goblin, Tangerine Dream and Fabio Frizzi.
As well as recording live sessions for Vic Galloway on BBC radio and Subcity Radio, the band has played live shows supporting: Wolfgang Flür, Zombie Zombie, Eclair Fifi, KXP, Umberto, Antoni Maiovvi, The Twilight Sad, Molly Nilsson, Free Love NRG and a UK tour supporting fellow Glaswegians Errors (Rock Action).

Recently the band have turned their attention squarely towards the dancefloor as a means of reconnecting with everyone else who feels the urge to dance through the darkness, with the new tracks receiving support from DJs including Jen Cardini, Pablo Bozzi, I Hate Models, Stacey Pullen, Zanias, Skelesys and WLDV.

In 2023 they released two albums: 'Rhizome' on Vienna based label Archaic Future Sounds and 'Fire in the Sky' on Khoinix (London). Their latest EP ‘Black Lotus’ was released in February 2025 on Nubians of Plutonia (Milan).
