This took more courage than you Would know as I played out several scenarios where you were mad at me for coming down but I did it anyway 

I know this might seem overwhelming , but I couldn’t shut off that part of my brain that wants to let you know how much I appreciate you, love you, and crazy about you. 

I wish I could take away the last few years of me being me, I only know now how my behavior affects people what deep rooted issues of trauma I have had and only know now how to deal with them,
I hope you give me and us the opportunity to rebuild and forgive my trusts issues    

I’ve never stopped loving you even when I was upset with you, those outbursts were and are never acceptable by any means. I’m sorry for the hurtful words I have said in the past, if I meant any of them, I wouldn’t have been with you this long, nor fought so hard for this marriage.

I reread my wedding vows to you, and I will never stop trying to be the man that wrote them, or be the man I said I would be for you! Ialways keep my word. I promise that even if you decide that I’m too much for you and you decide that im not good for you,  I will always love you and understand.  

Epic relationships and marriages are those that come with difficulties, it’s how those differences and difficulties are overcome, will make us stronger.
