The Peak Hour Experience was a monthly radio show broadcast globally. The exhibition aimed to give the listener a full-on wall of sound that mirrors the energy played during Peak Time Hours of a Hard Techno/Hardgroove/Quality Proper Techno set. Wetworks curated each set and featured notable members of the Global Techno Elite, shining the spotlight on the future beacons of the Techno scene. Based out of Upstate NY, Matthew Antico also known as PS11 is a techno DJ and Producer. Growing up between Southern California and NYC,  Matt’s musical influences are as varied as the places he grew up. His parents, both lovers of music, not only introduced him to the music they grew up on but encouraged him to find music that moved him. Because of that influence, music became a deeply rooted passion, and he found himself seeking out less-heard underground music. Learning to play guitar & drums at 13 he went on to play in a number of bands in Southern California. In 1996 He decided to move to NYC full-time, and It wasn’t long after that he found himself walking into his first rave at the famed ROXY nightclub. Immediately taken with the dark atmosphere and pounding grooves, it wasn’t long until he picked up his first pair of Technics 1200s. After spending years in the NYC techno scene, Matt stepped away, taking a well-needed break to focus on his health, family, and career. In that time away he joined the Albany-based post-metal band YOMA and recorded a few records and EPs which he had a hand in most of the recording, mixing, and mastering process. In 2016, Matt slowly refocused his musical efforts on DJ’ing and producing techno and in 2022 began releasing tracks with labels such as Mastoid Kollektive, Chicago Jaxxx, and Random Select Records, with a forthcoming release on E-HRZN Records based out of Miami. PS11’s DJ sets and productions are percussive and raw taking cues from his roots with late 90’s and early 2000s techno. The future is unwritten, but PS11 plans to continue this journey of music production with a love for the music, craft, and creative process, and to continue to grow as a musician one day at a time.

Since 1989 Uncertain (formerly known as Boriqua Tribez) has become a driving force in Electronic Music. His prevailing interest for different styles in music is responsible for his unique variety of classic elements and recent influences, whether as a DJ or producer. Currently performing on 3 decks Uncertain marks his DJing for being fast, proper & "telling stories". Travelling around the Globe and DJ-Support from the likes of Richie Hawtin, Ben Sims, Radio Slave, Truncate, Mark Broom, Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Luke Slater, Paco Osuna, Amelie Lens, DJ Rush, Will Clarke, Danny Howard, Eats Everything, DJ Bone, Danny Tenaglia, etc.. confirmes his recognition as an artist. After more than 50 Releases/Remixes on Labels like KMS (Label of Techno Originator Kevin Saunderson), Recycled Loops (former Label of UMEK/Valentino Kanzyani), Ingoma (former Label of Ben Sims), Primate,.. in the last two decades, it was finally time to move on from Boriqua Tribez to the next chapter called "Uncertain". Founded in 2018 "Uncertain" shows the more frantic side of techno which - since then - gained in Releases on Labels such as Rekids, WRKTRX, ANAOH, Kneaded Pains, Illegal Alien, Mindshake, Mind Medizin, Uncage, Suara or Tronic, just to name but a few..

This set includes music from Joey Negro, Todd Edwards, Bas Mooy, DJ Deeon, Mark Broom, Mark Williams, Todd Terry, Domu, Ben Sims, Criccio Cristelli, The Sixth Sense, Robbie Rivera, Johan Bacto and a load of what would be considered everything in between.

Not only am I humbled, I am elated to share this with everyone.
2019 has already proven to be an exciting & humbling year.
It's a blessing to still look at new opportunities musically with a child like excitement.
When I started producing in the late 90's, early 2000's I never imagined the people I looked up to for inspiration and release would be playing my compositions.
My first release as Wetworks occurred in 2005 with not only my favourite label, but with friend and mentor throughout the years Glenn Wilson.
I have to make mention of this occurring through a community brought together by none other than Mark Egee of The Anxious (Official). 
I was able to network and meet with people who are now in the forefront of what's occurring right now with Techno, no name drops necessary, and I've met some of the best friends in life one could ask for musically. 
People like Mustaffan Ehrlin aka Slobodan not only supporting and championing what I've made, but exchanging family photos and checking in with each other every so often.
Making tracks with Dean Rodell for Compound, being released on vinyl by Mike Humphries on Mastertraxx. Meeting Jon Connor and bringing the rough stuff back to Bubblejam Gold.  Even more recently having DJ Rush close out his Awakenings set in front of tens of thousands of people, on none other than the Geushky Recordings label, owned by Ian Void.

Which brings us to this.

Ian Void has DJ'ed in over 30 countries, remixed and released some of the finest names in techno, and has appeared on compilations from Mauro Picotto, as well as Carl Cox.
Not mention he championed the infamous Geushky techno club which later evolved into the music label Geushky Recordings. We've developed a mutual respect and friendship in the recent years, and when he approached me to release music with his label, it definitely checked off a bucket list level achievement musically. 
He described the tracks he heard as having attention to detail & music written by someone that actually cares about each individual song.

This mix is nothing less than stunning.
Ian took the time out to not only program the set as a progression of energy and viciousness,  starting at 132 and ending at 142 bpm.
He was able to capture the rawness and emotion behind certain tracks and blend them seamlessly with others that either shared the same vibe, or heightened the feeling of the set.

Lars Klein has an unmistakable sound that annihilated the late 90's & 2000's
Ask anyone that used his tracks, or any label that signed his tracks. He delivered pure Peak Hour Material. Not only was his production sound undeniably raw and honest, but his DJing style was vicious and in demand. When he composed the One Family Thing Album along with Michael Burkat, you could tell they saw the writing on the wall with the commercial appeal coming to the scene and integrity possibly fleeting out the door. While it was a fresh album. It was a prophecy of sorts. Lars is a solid guy and has provided us with an all-vinyl set recorded live.


Biography:
Lars Klein, born Dortmund (in the huge industrial Ruhr area), became infected with electronic music when he first listened to the vinyls of Jean-Michel Jarre. In the Mid-80s, he got in touch with House music and it were labels such as "DJ International" and "Trax" who left their deepest traces with their impelling and propulsive electronic sounds without any vocal knick-kack whatsoever. Equipped with turntables and a tape deck, he began to produce a series of amateur mix tapes which his friends and mates received with much enthusiasm. In the early 90s, he had his first DJ bookings which marked that Lars was set for his musical career. In 1994 he had assembled his first studio equipment, and he immediately began to work hard at developing his production skills. In December 1995, a breakthrough in his Djing was achieved when Lars was booked for an extensive DJ Tour in Lithuania and throughout Germany. In 1999, Lars started working for an important record store in Dortmund, which strengthened his already existing contact with the former A&R of Fine Audio Recordings and Compressed Records. This contact lead to his first official 12" vinyl on Compressed Rec. which was released in September 1999. Further releases on FINE AUDIO and other labels such as BOUND and COMPRESSED were soon to follow. Now Lars is a much requested DJ worldwide.

Samuel has been in the electronic music scene since the 90's with releases on Music Man, Figure, Soma, Klap Klap and Be As One to name a few.

Samuel started his first own label, Solid Beat in 1995 and 2 years later the first Cycle was released. "In Your Box' became his breakthrough record followed by "Check Out This I Bring". After eleven releases on Cycle, Samuel forms SLS. SLS's first track "Velvet" became a big dance floor hit and were soon hailed as a classic. During the same period Samuel was invited to remix "Visions Of You" by Blake Baxter & Trevor Rockcliffe as well as Funk D'Void's "Diabla" on Soma. When "Merengue" came out soon after on SLS, it was one of his best sold records ever including remixes from Slam and Oliver Ho.

In 2006 it was time for a new challenge, Klap Klap was born. With this totally new approach he reached out to a wider audience. "Can You Relate" has become a true and modern classic, a track with just the right combinations which later have been remixed by Slam, Steve Rachmad, Joris Voorn and Anja Schneider.

In October 2009, Samuel released his first album "The Man With The Case" on Be As One. Laurent Garnier, Rolando, Francois K, Christian Smith and Adam Beyer are some of the artists who has embraced his work.

Coming Soon Samuel will be restarting his SLS imprint and you know what that means!
