Ravanelli Disco Club reboot their tougher sister label wewillalwaysbealovesong, and dive straight back in, enlisting the help of the talented DJ/Producer Mike Sacchetti. A multi-instrumentalist with fingers in different musical pies, Mike delivers three sublime cuts here, Magia Fanita and It’s So Lush - two Chunky mid tempo grooves touching on tweaky Balearica with a punch, whilst Diamonds Control goes for the late night ALFOS deep dancefloor vibes. Fellow Berlin resident Fabrizio Mammarella takes Its So Lush and gives it a masterclass makeover with his distinct trademark sound, and in his words ‘music for dancefloors made with old synthesizers, drum machines and a computer' — a meeting of the old and the new.

Desde Berlín hasta los rincones más cálidos del Mediterráneo, Mike Sacchetti canaliza una energía entre el pasado analógico y el futuro emocional en Magia Finita, el track más onírico de su nuevo EP para wewillalwaysbealovesong.

Envuelto en una atmósfera que mezcla sintetizadores dulces, percusión lo-fi y una estética que roza el italo-disco lunar, Magia Finita vibra como si Vincent Gallo hubiera producido para Slow Motion en una playa secreta de Apulia. Hay groove, hay emoción contenida, hay textura: esta es música para bailar sin levantar los pies del suelo.

Su nuevo corte Diamonds & Control es puro groove en estado de combustión lenta: bajos que sudan tensión, hi hats filtrados con bisturí y una melodía mínima que acecha en loop, como una idea fija que no se va.

Publicado a través de la recuperada plataforma wewillalwaysbealovesong —subsello más crudo de Ravanelli Disco Club— el track forma parte de un EP que coquetea con el Balearic ácido, el indie dance musculado y los códigos oscuros de la pista ALFOS. Aquí no hay decorado ni nostalgia: sólo arquitectura rítmica y magnetismo post-midnight.

En contraste con otros cortes del EP, Diamonds & Control abandona la calidez del nu disco para sumergirse en una espiral de tensión elegante, ideal para sets que no necesitan hits sino herramientas que respiren y muerdan al mismo tiempo.

Sacchetti —multiinstrumentista con base en Italia— firma así uno de sus trabajos más quirúrgicos hasta la fecha.

Hay tracks que no piden permiso: entran con swing, polvo de vinilo y un bajo que masajea la cabina. “Preludes In Bubbles” abre The Crémant Sessions (10/10/2025) con ese savoir-faire que el dúo Turquoise Colored French Tourists aprendió entre Motorbass y los fantasmas de Moodymann: house temprano de escuela francesa, grooves curtidos en sótanos parisinos y un trabajo de sampleo que respira cálido, elegante, sin nostalgia barata. Es música de aguja: golpes medidos, hi-hats con cola y un colchón de acordes que se despliega sin prisa, ideal para ese momento en el que la pista decide bajar la luz y subir la temperatura.

El contexto suma. Tras su celebrado “Monaco EP” en el influyente sello de Roy Davis Jr., Undaground Therapy Muzik, el dúo vuelve a casa en So Glad Records para firmar una edición sólo en vinilo que celebra diez años de oficio: texturas lustrosas, microdetalles que invitan al loop largo y un pulso disco polvoriento que se pega a la mezcla sin exigir protagonismo. “Preludes In Bubbles” es la llave del EP: magnética, sensual, con ese balance entre sofisticación y suciedad de club que convierte un warm-up en un viaje.

Following the series of singles leading up to his new album scheduled for December, Leo Janeiro, founder of Cocada Music and a key figure in Brazilian House Music, presents another chapter of his artistic journey with the release of Carioca Flute / Som na Caixa.

Collaboration sets the tone for this release. Nathan Flutebox, the British pioneer who created the fluteboxing technique by fusing flute and beatbox in performances that have shared stages with the likes of The Prodigy, The Roots, and Guru, brings his unmistakable mark to “Carioca Flute” . Meanwhile, Zopelar, musician, DJ, and one of the most inventive producers in Brazil’s electronic scene, adds his signature to Som na Caixa, drawing from a discography released on global imprints such as Apron Records, Tartelet, and Soul Clap, reinforcing his role as a creative reference both in Brazil and abroad.

In “Carioca Flute” , Nathan Flutebox’s presence adds new layers of texture, with the flute taking center stage through a distinctive timbre that feels both engaging and dance-driven. The track fuses freshness, Brazilian identity, and house nuances, expanding horizons and projecting new possibilities for the dancefloor.

“Som na Caixa” , on the other hand, places breakbeat at the heart of its arrangement, evoking the raw and vibrant energy of Rio’s baile funk. Its rhythmic elements carry a nostalgic freshness, recalling memories while sounding current and pulsating.
