TodaySOR | Celine Byrne on the death of her mother in law

'First Last Words' is the first three sections of my 2nd piano trio, "The Seven Last Words" (1995). I made this shorter version for the Fidelio Trio in 2009 and it comprises the original Introduction, 1st part ("Father forgive them...") and 2nd part ("This day you will be with e in heaven"). 
I felt that these three sections had their own dramatic arc and would work together as a standalone piece.
