Three witnesses called 911 to report Sunny Sheu's injuries, and not one of them mentioned that they had seen Sunny fall. This is in direct contradiction to the NYPD report to the Medical Examiner, claiming that one of the witnesses "saw him collapse".

In violation of Freedom of Information Law, the NYPD has refused to provide the names of the witnesses, so that they can be consulted on exactly what they saw.

This is a composition of mine which I've dedicated to the memory of a Great Miles Davis and all the great Musicians who have given us a soul food for many decades and who are leaving us, taking with them an entire epoch. This is music about times when people had much higher spiritual values and much better taste in everything. I was blessed by Dear God having an opportunity to work with some of those Great people and musicians, like James B. Woode, N.H.Ø.P., Martin Drew, Bobby Durham and who I miss so much. The "Sarabande for Miles" was recorded as a part of my latest project with Big Band of Croatian TV & Radio. Trumpet solo by Davor Krizic.

I wrote this back in 2006 after taking a pretty hearty course on Vietnam - . My brother Craig Privett helped out on bass.

Here is my first official attempt at playing Beethoven's violin Sonatas #5, Opus 24 aka the "Spring Sonata" on the Chromatic harmonica.
