Known for his dark, melodic sound which incorporates elements of fluttery basslines and hard-hitting synths, Whales has become a notable force in the bass genre. His tender harmonies are juxtaposed by intense eclectic melodies and captivating percussion. Whales has been musically gifted from the young age of 7, when he picked up his first instrument, and later would excel by teaching himself how to master electronic music production.
