this recording is a 2016 version of "close". well.. kind of.

i want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been taking your time to listen to my pieces since 2015.  i had an amazing year and learned so much about music, cultures and got to know so many amazing people through sound cloud. this year, i will be more active so i hope you will stay in touch with me and my music.  arigato gozaimasu :')

Frame is the opening track of Timeline, a short album that is the result of a session in which Diego Guarnieri and I shared our ideas and creative process. Improvisation, composition and rework are the keyframes of this four-hands-two-brains Ep written and recorded in one day.

I visited the Jewish Museum in Berlin a week ago and I felt overwhelmed since I walked in the first corridor.
The Memory Void, one of the symbolic spaces on the ground level of the Libeskind building, includes the installation Shalekhet (Fallen Leaves) by Menashe Kadishman. More than 10,000 faces with open mouths, cut from heavy round iron plates, cover the floor of the ground floor void.
Menashe Kadishman’s sculptures stir painful memories of the victims of war.
The soundscape you hear within the composition is a recording I made in the Void of people stepping on the iron plates.
