Is mental illness and bullying the result of mass shootings? In this podcast, we dive into Jonathan Martin situation. Johnothan is an ex NFL football player who was the face of a nationwide bullying scandal in the NFL. Martin was Bullied by 2 of his teammates and had to leave his team mid-season and enter himself into a psychiatric facility. Recently he posted a photo on his Instagram story stating “When you’re a bully victim & a coward, your options are suicide or revenge.” He also tagged 2 of his ex Teammates from the Miami Dolphins and two of his teammates from high school and added #HarvardWestlake. If the cops did not detain Martin would we be dealing with another mass school shooting? The real question is whose really at fault for these mass shootings? Is it guns? Is it Bullying? Is it people? I don’t have the answers but we NEED to start searching.
