This week, we're talking about rejection. Rejection comes in many forms, from ending friendships to losing a job or being ghosted by everyone, including potential employers. Sylvia recalls how she handled a series of recent rejections and how with Lori's help, she was able to reframe each scenario and focus on a path forward. Lori also talks about the importance of rephrasing and repurposing our words to guide us to what we want instead of what we don't want.
